Harrer Schneider is specialised in advice of national and international corporate clients and offers a wide range of legal services in the areas of commercial law, public procurement law as well as contract law. The main areas of practice of Harrer Schneider correspond to the focus of activity of the founding partners and include the following.

Martina Harrer, Anita Vukas and Wolfgang Berger are active in public procurement law, the drafting of invitations to bid and calls for tender, the realization of tenders, assistance with construction- and PPP-projects, reorganization and privatization, as well as representation of clients and bidders in tender review proceedings before courts-of-law.

René Schneider is primarily responsible for national and international cross-border M&A transactions, due diligence exercises, corporate restructuring and reorganisation as well as real estate transactions. René Schneider is also active in private foundation law, estate planning and advice in asset matters.

Harrer Schneider is also engaged in construction and turn-key-contract law. In particular in this area of practise clients are also represented in arbitration and ligitation pro-ceedings.
